Oaktree offers a business hours call center service with both inbound and outbound options. We assign a staff member who will answer the phones using the name of your organization and respond to customer/donor inquiries as you have instructed us. In addition we will make outbound calls the next business morning to those who have a left a voice mail when they called after business hours. We prefer to use a toll-free number you provide or we can add one to our system. We tend to work with customers who do not have major volume but prefer to have a knowledgeable, consistent individual answering their calls.
